Corn Fritter Casserole

Small box Jiffy corn bread mix

1 egg

2 Tbl olive oil

1 c. sour cream

1 can each cream style and whole kernel corn

I also add 1 Tbl sugar

Mix all ingredients.  Bake in greased 2 qt casserole dish at 350 for about one hour
