- Butternut squash soup. Served with a drizzle of aged balsamic vinegar and toasted pumkin seeds.
- Lentil salad
Third wine: French, Campuget Syrah, 2012
Fourth wine: Prager Royal Escort Port, 2010
- Almond Joy bars and raspberries
NOTE:
Used a bamboo steamer to cook the squash
