May 23rd wine event

Our focus is on spring.

Menu items:

  1. Mango Salsa (Dianne)
    Possible wine pairings: Riesling, Pinot Noir, sauv blanc, red wine, Bordeaux grave
    Steer clear of tannic, high-alcohol cabernet sauvignons, syrah-based reds, or big, buttery, oaky chardonnays. When these heavyweights clash with the fresh salsa, they have about as much character as their corks

  4. Caradmon Chicken Mousselines
  5. Various cheeses
