Alfredo Sauce

Recipe from: Karen Brzezinski


4 oz cream cheese, cubed
1 c. parmesan cheese
½ c. butter
½ c. heavy cream.

Heat cream and butter in saucepan until hot (not boiling) add cream cheese and stir until melted, add parmesan cheese and stir until melted.  Serve immediately.
