Chicken Soup

Recipe from: Allan Mussehl, 11/22/08

Ingredients:
1 half jar of Orrington Farm vegetarian soup base
1 full celery plant
2 medium sized onions
1 small bag of carrots
Garlic is good!
Whatever else you have in your refrigerator EXCEPT peppers which I think suck in soups!
3-4 leg and thigh of chicken
Boil the shit out of everything....an hour or two
Take the meat out and let it cool
Peel the meat and squish through your fingers...no cutting and dicing here!

The results are wonderful! You can't make bad chicken soup. The secret here is the Orrington Farm base. It seems to be lower in salt than most other bases.
